Can I personalize my order?

Yes. Many MIRHA MILANO products can be personalized with initials, names, dates, or short messages. You can see the available options directly on the product page.

Can I see an engraving preview before ordering?

Currently, we do not offer a live preview of the engraving. Please check all personalization details carefully before completing your order.

Can I change the personalization after placing the order?

If your order has not yet been processed, we may still be able to accommodate changes. Please contact us as soon as possible.

How long does shipping take?

Germany: approx. 2–5 business days
Europe: approx. 4–10 business days
International: approx. 7–15 business days

During holidays or periods of high demand, there may be deviations.

How long does personalization take?

Most personalized orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. During peak times, additional processing time may be required.

Can I return personalized products?

Personalized and engraved products are custom-made and generally cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrectly delivered.

Who bears the return shipping costs?

The return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered item.

Are the products made of real leather?

Many MIRHA MILANO products are made of genuine leather or carefully selected leather materials. You can find the exact material information on the respective product page.

Does leather always look the same?

Leather is a natural material. Slight differences in texture, grain, color tone, and surface may occur and make each piece unique.
