At Mirha Milano, every order is prepared with care. Many of our products are personalized, engraved, or made especially for each customer. For this reason, your order may require processing time before it is dispatched.

  • handover to the shipping carrier

Personalized, engraved, or made-to-order products may require additional processing time compared with non-personalized items.

The estimated processing and delivery time shown on the product page, cart, checkout, or order confirmation applies to your order.

3. Delivery Time

Delivery time consists of:

Processing time + shipping transit time

Shipping transit time begins once your order has been dispatched and handed over to the shipping carrier.

Delivery times shown on our website, product pages, checkout, or order confirmation are estimated delivery times unless expressly stated otherwise.

If no specific delivery time is agreed during the order process, orders will be delivered within the legally applicable delivery period.

If a product requires a longer production or delivery period, this will be stated before purchase wherever possible.

4. Shipping Destinations

We ship to the countries and regions available at checkout.

Shipping availability may depend on:

If your country or region is not available at checkout, we may currently not ship there.

Mirha Milano will not charge additional shipping costs after the order is placed unless you request an additional service, redelivery, or address correction that creates extra shipping costs.

Free shipping may depend on:

Free shipping does not include customs duties, import taxes, remote-area charges, failed-delivery fees, or return shipping costs unless expressly stated otherwise.

7. Order Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information, where tracking is available.

Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier. Mirha Milano is not responsible for technical delays in carrier tracking systems.

8. Personalized and Engraved Orders

Personalized and engraved products require additional preparation time.

Mirha Milano is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unclear personalization details submitted by the customer.

If we need to contact you to clarify personalization details, processing may be delayed until we receive your response.

9. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please check carefully:

  • full name
  • street and house number
  • apartment number, if applicable
  • postal code
  • city
  • country
  • email address
  • phone number, where required by the carrier

We can only change the shipping address if the order has not yet been processed, personalized, dispatched, or handed over to the shipping carrier.

If an order is shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, this may cause delivery delays, failed delivery, return shipping costs, redelivery costs, or loss of the parcel.

10. Failed Delivery, Refused Delivery, and Unclaimed Parcels

If a parcel cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal of delivery, non-collection, or unpaid import charges, the parcel may be returned to us by the carrier.

In such cases, we may deduct the following from any eligible refund where legally permitted:

  • original shipping cost
  • return shipping cost
  • carrier fees
  • handling costs
  • customs or import charges, if applicable
  • redelivery costs

Personalized, engraved, or custom-made products remain non-refundable if the parcel is refused, unclaimed, or returned because of customer-related delivery issues, unless otherwise required by law.

If you would like the order to be shipped again, additional shipping fees may apply.

11. Delivery Delays

We work to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timeframe. However, delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control.

Possible causes include:

  • high order volume
  • personalization or engraving workload
  • carrier delays
  • customs checks
  • incorrect address details
  • public holidays
  • weather conditions
  • strikes
  • logistics disruptions
  • force majeure events

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

12. Lost Parcels

If tracking shows that your parcel has not moved for an unusual period or appears to be lost, please contact us at:

We may contact the shipping carrier to open an investigation.

A refund, replacement, or other solution will be reviewed after the carrier investigation or where required by applicable law.

13. Parcels Marked as Delivered

If tracking shows that a parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check:

  • reception desk
  • building entrance
  • neighbors
  • household members
  • local post office or pickup point

We may request additional information and may open an investigation with the carrier.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

14. Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please document the damage immediately.

Please take clear photos of:

  • outer packaging
  • shipping label
  • damaged areas
  • inner packaging
  • product damage, if any

Please do not throw away the packaging until the case has been reviewed, as the carrier may require evidence.

15. International Shipping, Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For orders shipped outside Germany or outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or local charges may apply.

These charges are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.

Mirha Milano has no control over customs decisions, import duties, border inspections, or local delivery procedures.

Customs processing may delay delivery.

If a parcel is refused because of unpaid customs duties, taxes, or import charges, the customer may be responsible for return shipping fees, customs charges, handling costs, and related expenses where legally permitted.

16. Shipping Restrictions

Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions depending on destination country, carrier rules, customs regulations, or local laws.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if shipping to the selected destination is not possible.

If this happens, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

17. Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately.

If your order is shipped in multiple parcels, you may receive separate tracking information.

18. Pre-Orders and Made-to-Order Products

If a product is offered as a pre-order or made-to-order item, the estimated production and delivery timeframe will be shown before purchase where applicable.

Pre-order and made-to-order delivery estimates may differ from standard delivery times.

If the expected timeframe changes significantly, we will inform you using the contact details provided with your order.

19. Order Changes After Purchase

Order changes are not guaranteed.

This includes changes to:

  • shipping address
  • product variant
  • engraving text
  • personalization details
  • shipping method
  • recipient information

For personalized products, changes are not possible once personalization, engraving, or production has started.
