Personalized Products

Personalized and engraved products are custom-made for your order. Therefore, these items are excluded from cancellation, return, and exchange, unless there is a legal exception.

A solution is possible if:

  • the item arrives damaged
  • a wrong item was delivered
  • there is a verifiable manufacturing defect

Please check names, initials, dates, and engraving texts carefully before completing your order.

Non-Personalized Products

Non-personalized items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, complete, and in their original condition.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer bears the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered item.

We recommend shipping with tracking.

Damaged or Incorrect Delivery

If your order was damaged or incorrectly delivered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the problem
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Refund

After inspection and approval of the return, the refund will be issued via the original payment method. Processing may take a few business days depending on the payment provider.
