Products and Personalization

MIRHA MILANO offers personalized leather accessories and gift products. Many items are individually engraved or personalized for each order.

  • Engravings may vary slightly depending on the material.
  • Product images are for illustration purposes and may differ slightly from the final product.

Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include statutory VAT, unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through the payment providers available at checkout.

Orders

After completing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if there are technical errors, incorrect pricing, suspicion of fraud, unavailability, or inappropriate personalization content.

Shipping

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, shipping service provider, customs clearance, or season. The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address.

Returns and Exchanges

Personalized and engraved products are custom-made and generally cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered. Non-personalized items can be returned within 14 days of delivery in unused, original condition.
